The offseason is a great opportunity to keep softball going strong! Sharpening your skills from pitching and catching, to infield and outfield work, to hitting, there are many resources locally that you can explore. See below for some of our recommendations.

The DO Method is both a female athlete mindset training program and pitching instruction run by former collegiate softball player and coach, Danielle Gallagher aka Coach D. She offers mindset courses for youth and young adults, 1:1 sessions, and 1:1 and group pitching instruction in the IR or "Whip" pitching method.

This softball-only indoor facility in Bellevue caters to fastpitch training for individuals and teams. They are fully equipped with a strength and mobility area and turfed training floor for pitching, hitting, and defense training. Fastpitch studio trains in the IR or "Whip" pitching method.

Mercer Island residents and Boost co-founders, Sean White and Andre Marshall, former MLB and MiLB players, have expanded to bring softball skills clinics and 2 select softball teams to islander youth.
